Porsche Centre Kelowna

I purchased a Porshe Cayenne online from this dealership. I was presented with videos and photos so that I could make an informed decision. My salesperson Jarrett was excellent! Very thorough and kept me updated and informed during the entire process from vehicle evaluation to purchasing to shipping/delivery of the vehicle across Canada. The worst communication and lack of service I have ever experienced! I had emergency car trouble Sept 30/23, it was a long weekend and was stressful enough trying to find a tow truck, in the pouring rain. I had it towed to Porsche Kelowna and left a voicemail with them. I called immediately first thing Tuesday morning and spoke with Matt in the service department. I explained what happened and he said he would call me back in the afternoon and let me know when they could get it in and take a look at it. Late afternoon I received a TEXT message from Jason said he noticed my car out front and if I could explain what happened, and they would schedule it in. I would have preferred a call and been able to discuss in person not via text message! I replied that I had called in the morning and spoke with Matt, and I would like an update as to when it would be going in to diagnose the problem. Obviously Matt did not relay any messages, and they clearly did not communicate with each other. Jason did not respond and I had no further communication with him. I called again, and texted the number to Jason first thing Wednesday morning and spoke with Matt again and asked when they could take a look at my car, his answer was that they were booking into mid November! This is an unacceptable time frame, as it was an emergency tow and I was not able to drive it, not just trying to book a maintenance appointment. I assumed it would be a priority. Matt replied said that they would try to get it in sooner, there were 4 or 5 a head of me, still not able to provide me with a definitive date as to when I could expect to see it go in the shop. I then asked if he could recommend an alternative repair shop as I required it for work and could not wait 6 weeks before they could even take a look at it. I texted Jason since that was his preferred method of communication that I would be sending a tow truck to take my car else where and no response. At this point I am now out the cost of two tow trucks, and days wasted getting the run around. After speaking with reception a few times she suggested I write an email and provided me with an email address to the manger I assume, which I did and no one ever responded. The lack of service and communication that I experienced was unsatisfactory, and well below par from a brand that is considered high performance.

First time Leaving a review for a business in kelowna. Porsche Kelowna and the entire team of staff they have on site are hands down the best I have ever experienced at any dealership. They have helped me out countless of times. I had a speaker blow up. They got me in immediately and had everything fixed the same day, Had me in a loaner the whole time to avoid any interruptions to my daily life. Today I had some issues with my Ski Rack, whistling, making all sorts of noise. Jason the service manager took the liberty and time out of his own day to personally help me out with it. finding the right parts and re installing the entire rack. my drive home was perfect. These guys treat me so well. When you buy a Porsche you buy so much more than just a vehicle. 10/10 Recommend these guys for anything you need! Thank you Porsche. Shoutout to Jason!

Porsche Macan. Just say no! I recently leased a Mican for business. It was horrible. This vehicle offers nothing in luxury as you would expect with the Porsche brand. I was willing to lose money on this vehicle to return it and management was happy to collect it, rather then negotiate or even care why a customer who only had one of their vehicles for 6 months would return it. If you are shopping for something of higher value, then a fancy Volkswagen, it isn’t the Porsche Mican. The staff over at Mercedes will be more than happy to help you out.

My bro-in-law suggested we visit the dealership, I agreed, even though I'm quite content with my Bimmer (car) and Beemer (motorcycle). On entering we were greeted by Evan Cross, Sales Mgr. I don't recall the last time I met someone so enthusiastic about their product and dealership. He took the time to show us around the facility and gave in-depth backgrounds on Porsche offerings. We were both impressed with his knowledge and learned more about Porsche in he 40 minutes we were there than any magazines that we had read. In the event I decide to get a new car, I will seriously consider looking at Porsche and speak to Evan, even if the dealership is not in my city.

I had nothing but a fantastic experience with everyone at this dealership. From my initial enquiry phone call regarding the car in interest, through the test drive, paperwork and delivery of the car; all of the staff were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I bought a new Macan from Porsche Kelowna a month ago. In my 40 years of "car buying" experience I would no doubt rate this as my best experience. In the five visits I made to the dealership ( from first look to drive away ) I dealt with six different people as I went through the process ( which is likely most of their staff ) . I would have to rate each interaction as an 11 on a scale of 10 in terms of them being professional , knowledgeable , enthusiastic and helpful. They are a very young group that works so well as a team. Sales manager Evan Cross is a great guy ... he appreciated the fact that I was at the top end of my budget , and I really feel he did what he could in order to put my deal together . Being a "higher end" car brand I wouldn't have been surprised if I got some attitude or snobbiness ... but it was the opposite. Well done and Thanks !
